The housing company Willhem works to make all their tenants look forward to coming home. They have 29,000 apartments across 13 cities in Sweden. Sometimes apartments become available, giving new tenants the chance to find a home.

The campaign “Take a Peek!” highlighted available apartments in specific areas, while also promoting the option to set up alerts and receive notifications when a suitable apartment becomes available. The campaign primarily targeted students, young adults, and families with children – three very different audiences with distinct needs, desires, and daily routines.

This campaign offered a glimpse into the lives of different people through a half-open apartment door, where details on the door and in the hallway hinted at the life that could be lived there. It sparked curiosity to explore more apartments on Willhem’s website – and maybe even discover a future home of your own.
