A Campaign to Reduce Visits

Närhälsan has a health-promoting mission and wanted to teach residents how to improve their health in everyday life. We were tasked with creating a campaign providing guidance on diet, exercise, sleep, simple lifestyle changes, and activities that can have a big impact on health – all without needing to contact a health center or rehabilitation clinic.

Our solution was platform-tailored storytelling with four social media films focused on stress, physical activity, loneliness, and sleep. Each film included practical tips and linked to a landing page with more in-depth information.

Total Impressions on TikTok

To create relatable and close-to-life content, we filmed entirely on a mobile phone. Our actors recorded themselves in selfie mode using a “snorricam” – a rig with a selfie stick attached to the body. This freed their hands and allowed them to film fast physical activities like cycling and throwing a ball. The actors spoke directly to the camera, sharing practical advice while performing activities linked to each topic.

This method allowed us to produce films that felt genuine and personal, while the snorricam added a unique perspective that stood out in feeds. Because the videos felt authentic, they didn’t come across as traditional advertising but blended seamlessly into the audience’s social media streams, like content from “regular” influencers. This organic feel contributed to the campaign’s success. The platform algorithms rewarded the videos, resulting in longer average watch times and more cost-effective reach.
