Everything pointed to Paulig’s cold-brew coffee concentrate being perfectly timed. Cold coffee drinks were one of the fastest-growing beverage trends. Demand for exciting, natural, and non-alcoholic drinks was on the rise. And consumers who had upgraded their home coffee setups during the pandemic expected even more as they started going out again.

At the same time, bars, restaurants, and cafés were struggling with pandemic-related challenges like unpredictable customer flows and inexperienced staff. It wasn’t the right time for major investments. Yet few realized how good the product actually was – that anyone could use it to make a delicious coffee drink in seconds, and that there’s a big difference between chilled iced coffee and real cold brew, slowly brewed over several hours.

Under the concept “This is Something Else”, we created presentations, ads, and inspirational material that helped Paulig sell their cold brew to bars, restaurants, and cafés in Finland and Eastern Europe. We also delivered POS materials to support the sales of cold coffee drinks directly at the customer locations.

The campaign effectively communicated the unique qualities of Paulig’s cold brew concentrate, enabling establishments to offer high-quality cold coffee beverages with ease.
